Harper's Run Estate hosts elegant gatherings of every kind, including wedding receptions, bridal or baby showers, class reunions, anniversary parties, birthday parties, business seminars, holiday parties, bar or bat mitzvahs, special occasions, graduation parties, dinner parties, funeral dinners, fundraisers, jewelry or houseware parties, honorary dinners, and business meetings.

Our facility is unique in design, offering several lovely rooms for your event. During the cooler seasons, we recommend inside arrangements with maximum capacity of 100 guests.  During the warmer seasons, we extend our facility to include a private courtyard area, as well as patio seating, with maximum capacity of 125 guests.  Tents, tables and chairs may be rented to ensure comfortable accommodations for guest numbers over 100.

Most of our Menu choices are arranged as elegant stations (unless otherwise stated) to provide a dramatic social atmosphere.  The All Natural / Homemade Menu is a served, sit down meal.

Additional Information All meals are served with coffee and hot tea, water, iced tea or punch.

We are a non-smoking facility.  Ashtrays are provided and will be placed in designated outdoor areas.

Alcoholic beverages may be served at the facility, but are ultimately the responsibility of the client.
