Quiet Creek has been growing medicinal and gourmet mushrooms since 2000. We have shared and gathered mushroom growing experience in the northeast US, Guatemala, Ghana, and Japan. Come and discover the key concepts of growing, harvesting, preserving, cooking and using mushrooms for medicine. Experience the healing testimony of using mushrooms for a natural way of healing. Class cost includes an inoculated log, spawn, Rusty's growing booklet and a mushroom luncheon. Quiet Creek is currently growing shiitake, oyster, Nameko, Maitake, Lions mane, reishi, and wine cap mushrooms.

Instructor: Rusty & Claire Orner with Jim and Susan DeSantis
