Explore the joy, beauty and versatility of earthen building at Quiet Creek. Come join us for our current project. This 2-day workshop will include an overview of straw bale construction from below the ground to final plaster, a tour of the yurt with the earthen floor and bottle brick wall, earthen benches, as well as earthen oven construction and firing. Be prepared to be inspired by instructors Nick Leone and Rusty Orner. A Farm-to-Table organic, vegetarian luncheon will be served each day.
