As a 3-8th grader in Jefferson or Clearfield County, you and your family members (8 years and older) are invited to Quiet Creek to enjoy family fun on the farm. You will learn how to build shelters, hunt for wild edible plants and mushrooms, start a fire from scratch, and compete in old-fashion farm games while taking away gifts, eating healthy snacks, and gaining knowledge to keep you safe from drugs, alcohol and gambling. The day is sponsored by the Clearfield Jefferson Drug and Alcohol Commission (CJDAC). Free, deposit required and refunded on completing participation day.
