- 12pm Organic Vegetarian Luncheon prepared by Claire ($15 donation) or pack your lunch to enjoy
- 1 pm Agroforestry Project at Quiet Creek with Tim Zug titled Productive Ecosystem Stewardship
- 2pm Meet the Artist: Walker T. Orner
- 3pm Tours of Hugelkultur with Rusty and Mark
- 4pm Q&A with Claire and Rusty on greenhouse growing
- 10am - 5pm Relax in the Gardens or Strawbale House or play Old Fashion Farm Games on the lawn
