- 10:00am Tours of Sustainability (free)
- 11:00am - 12:00pm Presentation on Essiac tea & cancer fighting herbs by Susan DeSantis from Sunny Horizon Farm
- 12:00pm Organic Luncheon ($15 adults, $10 kids) or pack your lunch; every lunch ticket will be entered into a raffle for shop products & plants
- 12.00pm - 2:00pm Live music performed by The Spurs of the Moment
- 1:00pm Q+A walks through perennial herb garden
- 10am - 2pm Work on Quiet Creek's Mosiac Mural (free)
